The company raised nearly $1.5 million through crowdfunding for its Flluid 2 and Flluid 3 e-bikes. Despite objections from backers wanting the assets, a Wisconsin judge approved the auction, prioritising payments to the auction house and creditors before any proceeds reach crowdfund supporters.
