A variable-length frame lets the vehicle shift from stable bike-lane riding to compact city movement without folding, lifting, or unloading. Kids, groceries, bags, and daily gear stay with you through the whole route.
The protected front cargo area keeps the load close to the rider and low between the wheels. Up to 300 kg total load supports school runs, shopping, parks, appointments, and the daily route the family actually takes.

Cargo bike mode
Seated riding on bike lanes and city streets, with full motor support and the handling of a conventional family cargo bike. This is how Green Speedy spends most of its day.
Push-assist mode, up to 6 km/h
The rider walks the vehicle while the motor provides controlled push assistance at walking pace, up to 6 km/h. Useful for narrow streets, ramps, crowded sections, and short controlled movement where seated riding is not practical. This is a walking-assist function, not a stand-on riding mode. It was not designed to replace an e-scooter.
Motor-off stroller mode
The frame shortens, the motor disengages, and the front cabin becomes a stable stroller for kids and goods. Push it like a stroller, with the load already in place from the ride.
How the modes stay simple and controlled
All three modes come from the same variable-length frame, with mechanical locks at each transition. The vehicle reads its own length and lock state, then displays only the currently allowed modes on a clear on-screen interface.
Geometry and power limits stay in the background, so the parent decides how to keep the family moving.

Green Speedy is designed to keep the family together on one shared platform. The front cabin carries one or two children in a protected position between the wheels, while the main rider stays close and in control.
For families who need extra capacity, a second adult rides on dedicated side footrests, close to the main rider and supported by the frame. This keeps the family on the same vehicle instead of splitting between bike, scooter, stroller, or walking.
The low, centered layout supports up to 300 kg total load while keeping the vehicle stable under everyday family use. School runs, weekend rides, shopping stops, parks, and short city trips all stay part of one shared journey.
